Rectitude369 Is Now Rectitude: A New Name for the Same Commitment to Excellence

Rectitude 369 is Now Rectitude - Letter from C Suite

For many years, three numbers followed our name everywhere we went. Today, we’re setting them down.

Rectitude369 is now simply Rectitude, a refreshed identity, a new logo and a clearer visual brand built to reflect who we’ve always been and where we’re headed next in enterprise networking, security and managed IT services.

Why Drop the Numbers?

The truth is, our clients never worked with 369. They worked with our engineers who showed up before an NBA season opener with only a days notice. They worked with our NOC team monitoring their networks at 2 a.m. They worked with the people who designed and managed the infrastructure behind venues like the Paycom Center, Caesars Superdome and the Moody Center. The number was never about the relationship with our clients, the principle and the performance were.

As Seth Bailey, CEO, put it: “Rectitude 369 is now Rectitude, same team, same commitment, simpler name. Our clients have never worked with a number; they’ve worked with our people. The new name simply puts the focus where it’s always belonged.” Seth Bailey is quick to point out that this isn’t a departure from what the company has always stood for, it’s a sharpening of it. “While we have always believed in the tenets behind the name Rectitude, and even as we’ve grown past the numbers, we are moving forward with the same confidence, the same trust, but new clarity in our brand and our mission.”

A Refinement, Not a Reinvention

If there’s one theme that runs through every leadership conversation about this rebrand, it’s this: nothing about our purpose changed, only the way we present it.

Kevin Hill, CFO, frames the shift in the clearest terms: “The name was always Rectitude. We are not becoming something new. We are becoming more precisely what we have always been: a company built on principle, driven by integrity, and defined by an uncompromising standard of excellence.”

That distinction matters. Rebrands can sometimes signal a company searching for a new identity because the old one wasn’t working. This is the opposite. Rectitude has spent years proving out its name, literally defined on our own homepage as “rightness of principle or conduct; moral virtue” through the way we treat every client, on every job, without exception. This rebrand simply removes the friction between what the name says and what people remember.

Now Rectitude

What’s Actually Changing

The rebrand touches every visible surface of the company:

  • A new name: Rectitude369 becomes Rectitude, cleaner, more memorable, and easier to say out loud in a boardroom or a bid.
  • A new logo: A modernized mark that carries forward our signature blue while feeling sharper, more contemporary, and built for a digital-first world of dashboards, mobile apps and client portals.
  • A refreshed brand identity: Updated visual language across our website, proposals, uniforms and vehicles, designed to look like the enterprise-grade partner we already are for stadiums, arenas, convention centers and mission-critical networks nationwide.
  • The same team, systems and standards: Every NOC engineer, every security analyst, every account manager who has earned your trust stays exactly where they are.

The Purpose Behind the Polish

A new look means nothing without intent behind it. Justin Norwood, COO, connects the rebrand directly to how Rectitude shows up for clients every day: “Our brand may be changing, but our purpose remains the same: helping our clients move forward with confidence, clarity, and trust.” He goes further, tying the new identity to the way the company actually operates, proactively, strategically and with client outcomes as the north star: “We’ve evolved our identity to better reflect the way we serve, proactive, strategic and relentlessly focused on our clients’ success.”

Justin is clear that these changes are not just cosmetic, they are a statement of direction: “Our new brand is more than a fresh identity, it’s a declaration of where we’re headed: delivering smarter solutions, deeper partnerships, and a stronger future for every client we serve.”

Looking Ahead: What This Means for Our Clients and Partners

For the venues, enterprises and organizations that already rely on Rectitude for network design, disaster recovery, managed hosting, security monitoring and 24/7 NOC support, this rebrand changes nothing about service delivery and everything about how confidently we can tell our story.

As we continue to grow alongside partners like HPE, Extreme Networks, Cisco, Ruckus, Cohesity, Microsoft, Arista, and more, taking on more complex infrastructure challenges across the venue, enterprise, and IT landscape, we wanted a name and a brand that could keep pace with that ambition. “Rectitude” alone does exactly that, it’s the word we were always building toward, now standing on its own.

Same principle. Same people. Sharper identity. Welcome to the next chapter of Rectitude.
